Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as CNC Operator Trainees. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or individuals with minimal experience who are eager to build a career in CNC machining. The selected candidates will undergo hands-on training in operating CNC machines, reading blueprints, and maintaining production quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Learn to operate CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines under supervision.

Assist in machine setup, tooling, and adjustments.

Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD designs.

Perform basic quality checks using measuring tools like calipers and micrometers.

Maintain machine cleanliness and follow workplace safety protocols.

Monitor machine operations and report any abnormalities to the supervisor.

Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for machining processes.

Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: ITI / Diploma / Associate Degree in Mechanical, Production, or related fields.

Experience: Freshers or up to 1 year of experience in machining/manufacturing.

Basic understanding of machining principles and mechanical components.

Willingness to learn CNC programming and machine operations.

Good mathematical and problem-solving skills.

Strong attention to detail and quality control.

Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Willing to work in shifts and adhere to production schedules.
