Desired Skills and experience:
MBA/BE/B-Tech having 12-18 years experience in sales/Business development, with minimum 5 years experience in B2Bsales and Vendor management in Sales. Exposure of sales in assigned Markets. Desired, excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong leadership qualities.
Responsibilities:
 Responsible for leading expansion for existing and new territories.
 Assisting Global head/State Head in developing and executing short and long term business development strategies.
 Collaborate within department to exchange information, such as selling strategies or marketing information.
 Emphasize product features based on analyses of customers' needs and on technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations.
 Driving the entire sales process; lead and assign team responsibilities.
 Developing territory and account acquisition plans, and incorporating the broader go-to-market strategy.
 Handling Client Management cycle- Prospective client identification ,client interation,presentations & service demonstration,negotiationg proposals and contract terms (product, price, availability or credit terms)and conditions to meet both client and company needs and managing and interpreting customer requirements.
 Managing the Revenues of the respective vertical of the Company.
 Check with the Day to day operations and calendars of sales team.
 Executing the Management plan at the Team Level on regular intervals.
 Manage effective Inter Department Communication.
 Meeting regular sales targets and coordinating sales projects.
 Helping the team with generating technical sales proposals and contracts (Statement of Work, Services Proposals)
 Ensuring sales records are duly maintained in internal system.
 Working with the sales team to ensure development schedules and deliveries are being met.
 Attending and or participating in trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
