Cluster Manager- Sales (Group- Social & Rural) #Aditya Birla Health Insurance Co.

Roles and Responsibilities

Looking the States of Rajasthan, Gujarat, Delhi(NCR), Haryana and Punjab for a Group tie up a leading health Insurance Co.

Required Qualifications And Experience

1). Minimum graduate with 2 to 5 Years of Exp in Sales/operation/training.

Х Prior Exp in Insurance/Micro Finance/Banking/cooperative society or NBFC Industry.

Х Should have Exp of handling multiple product sales.

Х Must have Team Management and Relationship Management Skills.

Х Willingness to travel extensively to rural/urban location.

Must have extensive experience in managing a large geography

KRA

1. Source 5 new partners who will get activated with a minimum of 1 Cr Yearly business in this FY-2022-2023.

2. Achieving Business targets.

3. Ensuring the existing relationships are handled by timely interactions across levels and suitably supported from a training & process perspective.

4. Business Seasonality to be maintained as per target.

5. Participation in Learning & Development activities assigned by reporting manager.
