Role Purpose
Would be responsible for credit life sales in the territory across CANARA and drive the
company's credit life sales strategy through dedicated credit life officers as well as through
the retail channel.
The incumbent is responsible to drive the credit life business across the mortgage, education
and other retail loan products within his geography. These loans have a yearly book size of
over ,000 crores.
Implement key business development initiatives in the territory under purview to achieve
AOP targets.
Build and nurture relationships and engagement with the CHL retail team, Regional and
Circle Heads, RAH Heads and Leadership teams to support sales growth.
Ensure all business expenses and employee costs are within budgets as approved and in line
with business performance to maintain desired Cost Income ratios.

Drive credit life attachment rates across loan products of the banks
1. Achieve defined metrics for the Team as per Sales Activity Management
process/guidelines
2. Achieve attachment rate for the Region as per AOP targets rolled out by SSBD
3. Ensure targeted activation rates are maintained of all RAH, Canfin and MSF locations
mapped to him
4. Ensure support to the retail team to drive credit life sales at non mapped locations
5. Ensure targeted attachment rates are maintained across bank channels
6. Hiring at >=90% of plan | Attrition of key staff <20%
Customers / Stakeholders
Relationship management with CHL Retail ISM/RSM to facilitate improved attachment rates
at non mapped locations
Improve the quality of Relationship Management at a Branch Manager, Regional Head
level to facilitate increased productivity.
Ensure there is a proper interaction including timely communication of key matters and
resolution of outstanding issues within agreed TAT
Ensure an engagement matrix with channel including timely communication o
