 Handling the residents club includes House Keeping of the area, Fitness Gym, Swimming Pool, Mini Theater, Game Room, Badminton Court, Lawn Tennis, Party Hall and Kitchen etc.

 Regular communication to residents for feedbacks and suggestions to improve the facility services.

 Complete handling of Maintenance and cleanliness of the club.

 Attending meetings with Residents Community members to understand the requirements and amendments as per company guidelines.

 Taking private bookings for Party Hall and Mini Theater for special occasions and assisting the residents while they are using the facility.

 Ensuring all special days and festivals are celebrated with unique ideas so the residents can take part and enjoy these special occasions.

 Also responsible to investigate the negative feedback and making an action plan to avoid similar situations in future.
