Cloud Services Sales Manager / Specialist

Job description:

Ø Identify and qualify leads for cloud services sales opportunities.

Ø Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their business needs and propose relevant cloud solutions.

Ø Collaborate with technical teams to develop customized proposals and solutions for clients.

Ø Drive the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.

Ø Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.

Ø Stay updated with industry trends and developments in cloud technologies.

Ø Provide feedback to product development teams based on client requirements and market trends.

Ø Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software.

Sales Skills:

Ø Prospect and lead generation.

Ø Consultative selling approach.

Ø Relationship building and management.

Ø Closing deals and negotiation.

Ø Sales pipeline management.

Ø Customer needs analysis and solution selling.

Ø Technical Skills:

Ø Knowledge of cloud computing concepts and architectures.

Ø Familiarity with public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI, etc.

Ø Understanding of cloud services including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.

Ø Ability to articulate technical solutions to non-technical stake holders.

Ø Experience working with CRM software for sales tracking and reporting.

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviours to our team:

Ø 5 to 7 years of experience in sales of professional managed services in public cloud environments.

Ø Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas.

Ø Strong understanding of cloud technologies and services, including AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI, etc.

Ø Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ø Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Ø Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ø Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, or Google Cloud Certified Professional are preferred.
