Job Description

Meet every walk-in prospective buyer at the site office

Closing the booking deals for the project

Manage, train and achieve weekly - monthly - quarterly target of bookings

Provide accurate and detailed information about project, including pricing, specifications, location, and market conditions, to help clients make decisions.

Facilitate negotiations with clients and closing managers to get the booking.

Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, sales techniques, and real estate laws and regulations

Regular training and monitoring team performance to achieve the higher closing/ booking ratio.
