Field Support.
Key contact for application field questions from a defined local organization
Trouble shoot complex and clinical problems in all areas of dental implantology, guided navigation surgery from technical point of view.
Perform special, local trainings for customers and internal local organizations on demand (nationwide travel on short notice required)
Do presentations & Demonstrations for customers on special subjects on demand
Responsible for Sales Growth Targets & Revenues with special focus with Guided Surgery Cases & Dynamic Navigation equipment Sales.
Responsible for the working with assigned accounts and team within Guided Navigation and Implant Surgery in India , including direction, motivation and development of clinical plans, targets, and strategies assisting dental professionals in case assessment, planning, record taking, usage of treatment planning software and work closely in troubleshooting problems and issues.
Review first 5 Navigation and Guided Surgery of newly trained doctors and sustain to ensure that minimum 3 cases are completed per user every month with dental implantology product portfolio.
Supporting Software Planning for customers; transferring cases that need expert advice
to clinical consultants; provide online support on CBCT Planning, Software Planning preparing clinical materials to send to dental professionals; communicating on various clinical support issues; providing clinical training to new staff.
Engage certified doctors and develop potential for new cases; engage non-certified doctors and establish their potential as a Semi-Robotics Navigation Solution provider and grow the business for Navigation/Guided/Implant Solutions through Clinical Selling.
