Overall responsibility EHR clinical records evaluation, verification of patients details and
processing of clinical documents online for various projects.
Essential duties and Responsibilities:
● Fluency in medical terminology to be able to read and understand patient history,
physical exams, diagnostic findings, and lab and test results, consultations with other
providers, treatment course, diagnoses, and prescriptions.
● Able to meet the client specific protocols for patients’ documentation handling.
● Able to read and understand US federal and state health guidelines.
● Good judgment, organizational ability, initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to be
self-motivated.
● You must be adaptable and versatile since you will be responsible for many tasks.
● Good attendance is also an important element of this job since you will be hard to
replace.
● Ready to work in US timings (compulsory)
Required Skills:
● Recognition of physical exam process and ability to record exam details
● Computer proficiency and ability to quickly learn new applications
● Organizational skills with focus on tracking patient care and improving patient flow
● Fluency in medical terminology preferred
● Working knowledge of physician evaluation and management billing levels preferred.
● Ability to read and understand patient history, physical exams, diagnostic findings, and
lab and test results, consultations with other providers, treatment course, diagnoses,
and prescriptions.
● Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
● Understanding of and commitment to appropriate protection of confidential
information.
