Job Description

Be the primary point of contact for the

clients and have the ability to act as a liaison between external

customers and internal departments for the company. Should be able to

do effective, powerful and convincing communication through email,

telephone, and in-person meetings with clients as well as interact

with other employees to resolve customer concerns. Experience and

demonstrated skills of recoveries and track record of satisfied

clients is a plus.
