As a Client Service Executive, your primary responsibilities will include client servicing, developing new client relationships, and ensuring efficient order processing. Reporting directly to the company MD, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction and contributing to the growth of the business. Key Responsibilities: 1. Client servicing for existing and new clients. 2. Develop new client relationships through proactive calling and converting inquiries. 3. Prepare and send quotations in Excel based on client requirements. 4. Make weekly sales forecasts and prioritize client requirements for dispatch. 5. Respond to inquiries via email, phone calls, website, and IndiaMart. 6. Update clients with dispatch details and maintain CRM software. 7. Report directly to the company MD. Qualifications: �� Graduation in any field. �� 1 year of experience in FMCG Food industry. �� Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Canva, and CRM software. �� Excellent written English for effective communication. �� Strong negotiation skills. �� Ability to analyze market activities and provide valuable insights. �� Proactive approach to learning and suggesting improvements. �� Experience with international clients is a plus. Personal Attributes: �� Clear and respectful communication. �� Cool-headed, calm, and proactive attitude. �� Excellent bookkeeping and data entry skills. �� Ability to manage simultaneous projects. �� Preferably from FMCG/Beverage industry background.
