Rayden Design is looking for an Analyst, Client Services to be an integral part of our existing Client Services team. The Analyst will collaborate with their peers on the Client Services team to help to design and implement a solution that maximizes value for the client. Furthermore, the Analyst will be responsible for a client’s implementation and optimization success by completing the setup, build testing, and reporting of our products.
Responsibilities:
As a Client Services Analyst you will provide expert services in the areas of workflow analysis, application builds activities, go-live support, post-go-live optimization, and reporting analytics.
Conduct implementation tasks including application build, go-live support, and post-go-live optimization
Collaborate with teams, including Support, Account Management, Product Management, and Sales to address client issues
Maintain a complete understanding of contract deliverable to ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget
Work with Associates, Consultants, and Managers to develop & refine implementation tools and processes
Perform gap analysis to identify implementation issues and consult on options to address issues
Support go-live activities, observing results, refining and driving continuous delivery improvement
Maintain an understanding of how the application is used and configured
Communicate effectively at all levels
Qualifications:
1 to 6 years of experience demonstrating the ability to project manage or implement an initiative to successful completion preferred, ideally working for a healthcare technology vendor
Ability to work with your peers to understand a client’s needs and develop custom solutions
Superior leadership, influence, communication, interpersonal, written, and telephone skills
Ability to prioritize multiple demands in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Skilled at anticipating and solving problems
Incredibly organized, disciplined, and process-oriented
