Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Client Service Manager with a strong background in digital marketing, The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and building relationships with clients, ensuring the successful execution of digital marketing campaigns, and providing exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.

Understand the client's needs, goals, and objectives and act as their primary point of contact.

Provide strategic guidance and insights to clients, aligning their objectives with digital marketing solutions.

Digital Marketing Strategy:

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies tailored to the industry.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute campaigns, including SEO, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.

Project Management:

Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of digital marketing campaigns.

Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide clients with regular reports.

Identify trends, insights, and opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness.

Make data-driven recommendations to enhance ROI.

Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with digital marketing specialists and creative teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.

Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to ensure project success.

Problem Solving:

Address and resolve any client concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.

Proactively identify and mitigate potential issues.

Stay Informed:

Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to digital marketing

Share insights with clients and internal teams to drive innovation.
