Job Description

Cold calling and fixing meetings.

- Ensuring 100% familiarity on the Wings Credentials.

- To be capable to handle client meetings alone.

- Develop Presentation skills and knowledge on costing.

- To be capable to make a presentation and costs with minimum support.

- Typing minutes of the meeting carefully during a meeting.

- Sending out the service report on the same day as the meeting.

- Assisting in Preparing Costing, Budget sheets, closure reports.

- Understanding to give the creative brief to the designer.

- Being on site at all times during and before an event/ activity to learn the technical

equipment and fabrication part of the event / activation.

- Quality check on prints, give aways, collaterals is a priority.

- Making the Post Event Report and ensuring the client gets the event pictures and

videos with the event sticker on it within 48hours of the event.

- Sending out the feedback form and ensuring it��s signed, scanned and sent to the

entire team.

- To research on interesting campaigns happening in the market using websites like

creating and sharing the same with the client servicing team,

innovative ideas to be shared on each Saturday.

- Weekly reports to be sent to senior manager.
