A degree in Marketing or preferred.
-Proven experience as a Client Servicing Executive, with a minimum of 1 year in an Advertising Agency.
-Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Bengali, and Hindi.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
-The ability to work efficiently under pressure.
-Excellent organizational and time management skills.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
-Cultivating solid relationships with clients. Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing their queries and ensuring their needs are met.
-Regularly interacting with clients through telephone calls, email communications, or face-to-face meetings.
-Ensure timely delivery of works by liaising with internal teams.
-Help prepare detailed briefs for internal teams based on client requirements.
-Ensure that the briefs are clear, concise, and aligned with client expectations.
-Prepare regular status reports for clients, updating them on project progress.
-Doing market research to understand client industries and competitors.
-Maintaining an accurate record of all existing and potential clients.
-Responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
