Client Representative Associate

Qualification:- MBA in Sales and Marketing

Excellent English Communication + Pleasing Personality

Experience- Fresher to 02 Years

CTC Salary Budget: - 25K to 30K per month

Inform customers about product & services

Handle inbound & outbound calls

Understand customer's need & solve queries

1. Calls to the existing clients who had worked in past.

2. Maintain the relationship with clients after new clients come in our business so that they will working with us for long term associated.

3. Maintain the PPT for represent about company to clients.

4. Support to Sales Manager for backend work like email to clients, follow-up with chatting and product presentation to clients.

5. This is the Voice and Non Voice (Operation work) worked based job.

6. Calls on new lead data and everyday Visit plan for BDE/BDM through scheduled meeting with clients by instrumental use of chat, email and calls process.

7. Coordinate with Internal team to meet the clients expectation.

8. Generating PI and get approval for further payment Initialization.

9. You are the SPOC person for client for future coordination.

10. You will Internally work with director or HOD of Sales of the company.

11. You should be open for travel with Director and HOD of the head office.

12. Make sure you will be self-responsible for below duties.

Collecting and analysing customer data

Using CRM systems to manage relationships

Developing new ways to meet customers needs

Handling customer complaints

Overseeing the interactions between customers and key team members, such as Customer Service Representatives

Creating and executing retention campaigns

Developing marketing campaigns to attract new customers

Collaborating with sales, marketing, customer service, and operations teams to improve the customer experience
