JOB PROFILE: CRM (Client Relationship Manager)
JOB LOCATION: OKHLA (Delhi)
REQUIRED EXPEREINCE: 1 to 4 (YEARS)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES-
Assist customers in all their queries and complaint
Ensure good customer retention by providing excellent and professional services.
Coordinate within the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
Regular Updation on ERP
Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
Payment Follow up and regular Updation
Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
Coordinate, prepare and launch new products for the assigned market(s) with the cooperation of the respective sales department in the respective regions
Ensure the confidentiality of the customer list, mailing lists and other sensitive company information.
Coordinate with administration, commercial and factory departments to ensure timely orders, and smooth function of action in the system.
Responding to complaints from customers
Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure with simultaneous deadlines.
Should have done extensive filing work, creating reports, follow up with sales team, Team deployment reports, team field collecting field visit reports, be a single point of contact for customers
