Job involves managing a team of client relationship managers(CRM's) for effective response to the clients they are managing. Job will involve leading the team of CRM's for process in email, calls and replies to clients to achieve better client satisfaction. Job will involve grievance handling and coordinating with internal stakeholders for ensuring that clients are informed about their project progress.

Required Candidate profile

An Ideal candidate will be a Post graduate or Graduate with good communication skills. Candidate must be self motivated. Should be able to Work hard to foster strong business relationships with Clients. Candidate should be a quick learner and should be ready to accept new challenges.
