We are seeking a Client Relationship Manager for our growing team. Person will be responsible for capturing and managing business by analyzing new markets, identify new customers, managing BD activities, managing CRE, and supporting the creation of marketing and advertising materials, supporting the development, and tracking of budgets. We are looking for an energetic person who will be a champion for the organization and will not mind rolling up their sleeves and diving in where necessary. This position will be responsible for capturing new business in markets that focus on technology development.
Key Responsibilities
• Provides thought leadership and strategic guidance to CRE team
• Analyze current and new markets, develop campaign / capture strategies to grow our business
• Gather pertinent information on market and the competition
• Identify funding sources and sales opportunities
• Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key clients those bring in the most income for the company.
• Addressing and resolving key clients’ complaints.
• Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams.
• Supervising the account teams assigned to each key client.
• Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders.
• Developing a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions.
• Meeting established deadlines for the fulfillment of each client's long-term goals.
• Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
• An experienced person with good managerial skills and communication skills
