Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates with experience in client servicing/interaction will be preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B, B2C, Online/Tele Sales.
- Work with clients in support of new business opportunities, client service, and sales programs.
- Should have Excellent Communication Skills and Convincing Power.
- Should be focused on renewals and client servicing.
- Has a good understanding of the Online Industry.
- Generating New Customer and get renewals from the existing clients in domestic market.
- Proficiency in oral and written business communication is must.
- Interaction with prospective & assigned customer on daily basis
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
- Promote the company s productsservices addressing or predicting clients objectives.
- Prepare sales contract ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople.
