Candidate with Facility Management Services work experience background.

Facility Management Services experience is must.

MUST BE FROM BANGALORE.



Develop effective communication platforms for Clients and Staff.

Develop surveys and capture client information & Presentations.

Liaise with different departments about client queries.

Offer advice to clients on services and products.

Constant follow-up on the Business Development pipeline by cold calls & emails.

Sending reports on monthly basis & keeping track on the service part.

Takes care of the Client Payment & Vendor Payment.

Deal with client requests and troubleshoot problems.

Lead generation through various avenues.

Preparation of MOMs of BD and CRM meeting and update to the clients accordingly
