KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Client Relationship Management(B2B & B2C)
Build and maintain strong relationships with parents and franchisees to foster trust and loyalty.
Regularly interact with franchisees and parents through calls, meetings and digital communication.
Serve as the primary point of contact for queries, concerns and collaboration opportunities.
2. Event Organization & Executive
Plan, organize and executive events for parents and franchisees.
Manage event logistics, ensuring seamless execution and high engagement.
Work closely with franchisees to organize promotional and engagement events.
3. Business Development & Collaboration
Proactively meet with potential partners and collaborators to explore business expansion opportunities.
Research and approach businesses that align with The Poly Kids Vision for collaboration.
4. Target achievement & Team leadership
Set an example for the team by taking initiative and successfully completing assigned tasks.
Achieve business targets to client satisfaction, event participation and collaborations.
Lead and inspire the team to achieve business goals.
5. Reporting & campaign management
Develop detailed reports on client engagement, event success and franchisee relationships.
Design and execute campaigns with the team on platforms like Whatsapp, email and facebook.
Monitor the performance of campaigns and provide actionable insights to improve outcomes.
6. Travel
Travel within Dehradun and outside as required to meet franchisees, partners and clients.
Ensure timely and effective travel plans to maximize business opportunities.
7. Communication & Support
Communicate effectively with clients and franchisees via calls, emails and digital platforms.
Offer ongoing support and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience for parents and franchisees.
