Job Title: Real Estate/ Property Sales Executive

CRM- Client Relation Manager

We are in search of a driven and astute Real Estate & Property Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This role requires a professional with a robust commitment to generate and convert leads into sales, helping our clients to secure their ideal property for their dream homes.

Responsibilities and Duties:

The Real Estate Sales Executive will be responsible for:

Conduct market research to identify, engage, and securing potential new business opportunities.

Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.

Set up meetings with potential clients with positive attitude.

Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations for the ongoing projects to the clients.

Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.

Maintaining ongoing client relationships and networking for repeat business

Delivering exceptional customer service to drive buyer satisfaction

Staying updated on real estate trends and news.

Qualifications, Skills and Competencies:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Executive or similar role

Expert knowledge of the real estate market and best practices

Exceptional communication, Convincing, negotiation, and sales skills.

Fast learner and passion for sales

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

Presentable and Professional approach.

Necessary Experience:

A minimum of 1 years experience in a real estate sales role is essential for anyone considering this position. MBA freshers are also welcome.
