Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated CRM cum Telecaller (Female) with a minimum of 1 year of experience to join our team at Property Doctor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships and handling telecalling activities to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Telecalling: Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential and existing clients, providing information about properties, services and offers.
• Lead Management: Follow up on leads, schedule site visits and ensure timely feedback.
• Database Management: Maintain and update client records in the CRM system.
• Problem Resolution: Address client inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to meet targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in CRM or telecaller roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Hindi and English.
• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and CRM tools.
• Ability to multitask and handle client queries effectively.
• Positive attitude and a customer-centric approach.
