precious items made of gold and silver;
items with diamonds and other precious stones.
We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager, with excellent communication skills and the ability to provide a high level of service. If you are a professional in organizing work processes, meetings and events, have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position, speak English and Hindi, we are waiting for you! The ability to effectively solve organizational problems, attention to detail and the ability to create a pleasant work environment are key to successfully performing responsibilities on our team.
Job responsibilities:
Ensuring the efficient operation of the jewelry house;
Meeting and serving customers;
Distributing tasks among employees, monitoring work performance;
Preparation and systematization of documentation;
Communication with suppliers and partners;
Organization of events, meetings and negotiations;
Processing incoming and outgoing correspondence;
Preparation of reports on the work of the jewelry house for management;
Office/supplies inventory management;
Organization of corporate events and trainings;
Other additional tasks that may arise during the work process. Contribute to the efficient operation of the jewelry house.
