Position: Client Relationship Manager (CRM)

Overview:

Panacorp Software Solutions is seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager to enhance client satisfaction and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Foster strong client relationships and ensure high satisfaction.

Address client queries and feedback promptly.

Develop strategies to improve client engagement.

Monitor and analyze client feedback for continuous improvement.

Prepare regular reports on client activities and performance.

Collaborate with internal teams for effective service delivery.

Utilize CRM software to manage client interactions and data.

Requirements:

4+ years of experience in CRM or a similar role.

BE with an MBA or significant CRM experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
