Job Description

Key responsibilities

End to end ownership of complete client experience post on-boarding.

Managing internal stakeholders like Tech, Credit, Operations, Finance & Accounts to meet the client expectations and swift execution of all deliverables.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.

Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and issue resolution.

Understand client needs and objectives, and align company products and services to meet those requirements.

Regularly communicate with clients to assess satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.

Business Development:

Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and explore avenues for revenue growth.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for expanding client portfolios.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and competitor activities.

Portfolio Management:

Oversee the management of client portfolios, ensuring timely servicing and adherence to contractual agreements.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics related to client accounts.

Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks associated with client accounts.

Strategic Planning:

Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions and offerings to meet client needs.

Provide input into product development and service enhancements based on client feedback and market insights.

Relationships

Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with products or services
