Key responsibilities
End to end ownership of complete client experience post on-boarding.
Managing internal stakeholders like Tech, Credit, Operations, Finance & Accounts to meet the client expectations and swift execution of all deliverables.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.
Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and issue resolution.
Understand client needs and objectives, and align company products and services to meet those requirements.
Regularly communicate with clients to assess satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.
Business Development:
Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and explore avenues for revenue growth.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for expanding client portfolios.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and competitor activities.
Portfolio Management:
Oversee the management of client portfolios, ensuring timely servicing and adherence to contractual agreements.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics related to client accounts.
Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks associated with client accounts.
Strategic Planning:
Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions and offerings to meet client needs.
Provide input into product development and service enhancements based on client feedback and market insights.
