Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement: Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, updates, and support needs, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication, follow-ups, and personalized service.

Issue Resolution: Address client issues and concerns promptly, working with internal teams to find timely and effective solutions.

Client Reporting: Provide clients with regular updates, performance reports, and any relevant insights to help them understand the value of our services.

Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align client goals with company objectives.

Contract Management: Assist in the negotiation and renewal of client contracts, ensuring both parties are aligned on expectations and deliverables.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Client Relationship Manager or similar role.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively.

Problem-solving attitude and a proactive approach.

Experience with CRM software and customer support tools is a plus.
