Required Candidate Profile:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Detailed understanding and knowledge of the Mutual Fund Industry, Capital Market, and its growth and profitability drivers.
- Certification in NISM and CFP is an advantage.
- Responsible for lead generation and closing deals, collaborating with the Operations and Sales teams.
- Develop and implement financial goal plans to meet client needs.
- Self-motivated, flexible, and capable of multitasking.
- Willingness to work in a startup culture.
- Must have a laptop for work.
Roles and Responsibilities :
Existing Client Relationship Management :
- Manage existing clients, addressing service-related, operational, or sales-related requests.
- Generate new business from existing clients for various financial services.
- Conduct financial technical analysis for options like Mutual Funds, Loans, Insurance, Estate Planning, Taxation Planning, etc.
New Client Acquisition :
- Generate leads and convert them through channels such as cold calls, conducting Financial Awareness Programs, and referential calling.
