Collaboration:

Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to align CRM strategies with business objectives.

Train and support team members on best practices for CRM usage and data entry.

Customer Engagement:

Design and implement targeted campaigns to nurture leads and improve customer retention.

Monitor customer interactions and feedback to enhance overall satisfaction.

Reporting:

Prepare regular reports on CRM performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
