Required Candidate profile

Minimum 3 years experience required as Client Relationship Manager must be female candidate.

Professional bachelor degree/diploma in any specialization.

Degree/diploma in Client Relation Management or Administration a plus.

Experience in handling the project queries/requirements for clients & provide solutions based on client needs.

Develop trust/good relationship with clients through give them proper information and timely deliverables.

Maintain customer feedback service tracker.

Ensure the correct information and services are delivered to clients.

Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills

Good communication, computer, and administrative skills are required.
