Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Vendor Support Call.

2. Vendor Follow-up for Product Addition.

Education and other key skills needed:

1. Proven experience in customer handling is a must.

2. Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi & Malayalam.

3. Should have good communication skills.

4. Should be smart enough to use technology to convincing clients.

5. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

6. Experience in Shopify is an advantage
