Client Relations Executive (Night Shift)

Location- Indore ()

Post: Client Relations Executive

Experience: 1+ Year (International Calling)

Shift: Night Shift

Job Description:

• Responsible for maintaining the relationship with existing clients of SGS in USA.

• Will work as bridge between SGS internal Team and the clients of SGS.

• Would be responsible for all the interactions with clients via emails and calls.

• Co-ordination between the prospective clients and various departments in SGS.

• Needs to maintain variety of data on different transactions with client.

• Reports to Management about the work performed on a daily basis.

• Accountable for getting the work completed following the SLAs and TATs of SGS.

Requirements:

• Must have 1+ year of experience in handling clients/ customer via emails and phones. (International client/customer Experience is preferred)

• Must have excellent Communication skills.

• Self-starter, motivated and detailed/results oriented.

• Strong organizational skills.

• Good Team player.

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s Degree is required
