Job Description:
Responsible for maintaining the relationship with existing clients of SGS in USA.
Will work as bridge between SGS internal Team and the clients of SGS.
Would be responsible for all the interactions with clients via emails and calls.
Co-ordination between the prospective clients and various departments in SGS.
Needs to maintain variety of data on different transactions with client.
Reports to Management about the work performed on a daily basis.
Accountable for getting the work completed following the SLAs and TATs of SGS.
Requirements:
Must have 1+ year of experience in handling clients/ customer via emails and phones. (International client/customer Experience is preferred)
Must have excellent Communication skills.
Self-starter, motivated and detailed/results oriented.
Strong organizational skills.
Good Team player.
EDUCATION:
Bachelors Degree is required
