Job Description

Client Relationship Executive - 6 Months in India & 6 Months Dubai post success.

• Business Expansion

• Excellent English written and verbal communication.( Spanish, French & Arabic a bonus)

• Highly professional email and telephone skills.( Communication on WhatsApp, Slack & other business platforms a must)

• Meeting regularly with the respective customers via Teams/ Zoom. ( Africa, Spain, Oman, UAE, Saudi Arabia & More). Extremely well presented.

• Generating enquiries and updating of enquiry / quotation enquiry at regular intervals.

• Keeping up regular contact with clients and look for opportunities to delivering added value to client relationships

• Handle customer complaints and requests in a timely manner.

• Prearranges customer visits, units handing over in terms of documentations with liaise with Handover

• Follows-up on customer requests for technology solutions.

• Follows up on contracts, filing and insures that customers received their contracts

• Follows-up with customers on payment of instalments and late payment reminders upon request from Finance Department.

The key to this role, is customer experience. Knowledge of technology as we are a tech company growing rapidly. Selected candidate will be moved to Dubai in 6 months.
