JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for an Admin / Client Relation position with 2-3 years of experience to monitor reports & efficiently handle the companys products and supplies of the companys inventory.
Roles and Responsibilities
Build relationships with a prospective customers.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve better results.
Prospect new customers by networking, cold calling, utilising the company's digital platform to generate interest from potential clients and ensure a robust line of opportunities.
Maintain consistent contact with existing customers.
Communicate product and pricing details clearly Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction Negotiate close deals and handle complaints or objections
Follow up with the vendors and suppliers for company schemes for better buying.
Requirements
The candidate should have 2-3 years of work experience in a related role.
Excellent Verbal Communication skills. (Fluency in English/Hindi/Telugu is a must)
Good working knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel & Internet.
Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
