Position Summary
Managing existing set of accounts.,
Upselling & Cross selling in existing accounts.
Client Relationship Executive should be friendly, well-spoken, ready to close the deal and consistently exceeds revenue goals. Should possess exceptional interpersonal communication and leadership skills. Diligently follows up with all accounts to drive new business.
Essential Job Functions
Developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts
Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new business in existing set of accounts
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as up-sell and cross-sell potential within existing customers.
Scheduling Demo and Product Workshop with the Pre-Sales Team on a regular basis.
Internal Team co-ordination & client interactions.
Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs
Ability to prioritize and meet critical deadlines
Skills Required:
1. Excellent communication and business correspondence skills.
2. Should have prior experience in Solution Selling/ IT Sales / Software Sales (SAAS platform)
3. Clear, concise and compelling written and verbal communication skills
4. Understanding of sales principles and ability to deliver excellent customer experience
5. Escalation handling, Problem-solving and negotiation aptitude
Minimum Qualification
Education Engineering Graduate
Optional MBA Professional will be an added advantage
Experience 0-3 Years
Skills Impeccable Verbal and Written Communication.
Knowledge Zoho CRM and MS Office Proficiency
