Client Relationship Executive/CRM

Our business is in the recruitment sector, and we specialize in providing candidates to industries such as Oil & Gas, Construction, engineering , infrastructure and Hospitality.

At this moment, we are looking for a Client Relationship Executive who will be responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with our clients primarily in the Gulf, countries such as Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Oman.

So the responsibilities for this position include:

Client Communication: You will be interacting with clients over email, addressing their inquiries, and providing them with the necessary information..

New Business Development: the role will be to generate new business opportunities through social networking and other online channels. You will identify potential clients and initiate conversations to establish partnerships with them.

Appointment Scheduling: : You will be responsible for coordinating and setting up appointments for the Managing Director with prospective clients in the Gulf region.

Client Support:

This position requires someone who is proactive, good with communication, and capable of handling multiple tasks .

Key Qualities Required:

Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal) are a must, as you will be interacting with clients in the Gulf region.

Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to client management and business development.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Location : CST ( 10 Min from Churchgate Station and 5 min from CST Station)

Salary: AED 15,000 - 20,000 per month

Job Type: Full-time (Monday to Saturday, 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM)
