Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in providing resourcing solutions for both technical and non-technical profiles across a broad spectrum of industries. This role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes and build strong professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead recruitment efforts for mid to senior-level technical and non-technical positions.

Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing to candidate placement and mobilization.

Conduct mass recruiting campaigns for large-scale projects in the Middle East, Europe, and Asia.

Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices throughout the recruitment process.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.

Support the operational needs of projects with challenging schedules.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, focusing on IT, Oil & Gas, Healthcare, and other industries.
