Job Description

1. Collection of all the Documents, Cheques, Photos with to open investment accounts for Mutual Funds, Equity Broking and For Life, Health and Accidental Insurance

2. KYC Completion of Clients,

3. Client Data Gathering and Completion of Risk Profiling.

4. Completion of the Mutual Fund Account and Equity Broking Account Opening Forms, Insurance Proposal Forms

5. Submission of Forms to Cams, Karvy, Respective AMCs, and Insurance Companies

6. Scanning of Documents and Uploading to the CRM Drive of Respective Clients and other Web Portals

7. Be able to carry on transaction online through invest well/ Red vison/Wealth Magic / Revision etc through the BSE Star MF and MF utility and Mister Bond platform.

8. Should be able to work and update the Data on Red vision/ Invest well Software etc

9. Checking if the feed is Updated and Data Reconciliation and Data Management.

10. Check the Clients Investments and Check whether Clients’ portfolios are matching with their Financial Goals, If there is major deviation then immediately bring that to the notice of the senior.

11. To be able to crosscheck that the investment, redemption, purchase has been effectively done and communicate to client.

12. Be able to do portfolio review of the Investments of the Client.

13. Be able to generate various kinds of reports and to send to the client regularly.

14. Prior Experience in Share Trading Platform Preferred.

15. FIND THE NEW OPPORUNITIES FOR THE NEW BUISNESS

Preferred Qualifications: Graduates and Undergraduates – in BCom, BFM, BFA, BFI, BBI, BMS, BBM.

Required Knowledge and Skills: English Reading and Writing Skills,

Fluency in Bengali and Hindi

Computer Knowledge - Word, Excel, Power Point, E – Mailing Skills, Social Media Marketing, Investment Markets and Products Knowledge, Tax Knowledge etc.

Special Trait & Qualities: Good Communications Skills, Self-Discipline, Punctuality, Growing Mindset, Open for Feed back, Team Player. Past Experience: 1 to 2 Years’ Experience.
