Analyst – Client Account Management
As an Analyst and member of the Client Account Management (CAM) team in Hyderabad, you will support specific client accounts through the development, management, and execution of strategic account activity.
Key responsibilities
Support the development and execution of client strategies for our key target accounts
Support the account industry lead and seniors in the account management team with opportunity management, relationship building, reporting, and client knowledge.
Assist industry leads with industry specific reporting & communicating trends
Support the senior members in the team with ad-hoc and recurring requests related to account governance
Identify industry trends, client needs and link our capabilities and marketing programs and Point of views (POVs)
Coordinate targeted relationships building opportunities to support the client service team in developing relationships with key executives
Perform client and market research to support the creation of sales specific collateral for accounts
Support key account operations including, but not limited to, stakeholder meetings, reporting, strategy execution, team communications, opportunity management, financials, research, and Voice of Client feedback process
Understand the firm’s service offerings, and map them with clients’ needs and market trends
Build relationships across internal and external ecosystem; and connect with peers, subject matter experts, global counterparts, clients and vendors to help develop new ideas for the team, and create alliances
