Job Title: Clerks / Junior Officers

Educational Qualifications: Only Graduates with First Division may apply in any of the Streams- ./(hons)/Commerce/Social Science/Agriculture/Rural Development/Statistics/Technology/Arts/Communication/Journalism/Public Relations

Min. 2 years of work experience.

Age: Not more than 30 years as on 22/07/2022.

The initial one (01) year contract will carry a consolidated salary package of ,700/- & extended contract(s), subject to performance, would be in the scale: ,700–,500–,500–,500–,700–,000–,500–,200.

Responsibilities:

To operate in a pool & assist Officers in different Divisions by performing simple administrative/technical/accounting assignments.

1. Assist in preparation of presentations/reports, drafting/editing/proof-reading communications copy & materials.

3. Providing administrative support to internal team.

4. Assist in maintaining updated Central Information System (CIS).

5. Bulk letter preparation and emailing.

6. Liaise with travel agents for ticketing of officials and processing bills.

7. Assist in preparing Summary of Evaluation Reports.

8. Assist in coordinating for International Seminars/Workshops/Training Programs/events/meetings/conferences.

9. Analysing qualitative & quantitative data, including statistical analyses and format/design results for oral & written dissemination.

10. Timely processing of monthly bills and expenses.

11. Coordinate with GS category (Housekeeping) Staff of Office for proper Office management.

13. Checking, payment & settlement of monthly bills, expenses, imprest.

14. Assist in filing GST/VAT Returns, generating Bank Statements, Reconciliation Statements.

15. Any other cognate task(s) as may be assigned by Seniors/Pool Supervisor.
