Key Responsibilities:

Cleaning Tasks: Perform a variety of cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces in accordance with established cleaning protocols.

Waste Disposal: Collect and dispose of trash and waste materials in designated receptacles, following proper disposal procedures.

Surface Care: Clean and disinfect restrooms, kitchens, and other common areas to maintain hygiene standards.

Inventory Management: Monitor and report cleaning supplies and equipment inventory, ensuring that stock is replenished as needed.

Safety: Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations while performing cleaning duties, using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary.

Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients, tenants, or customers as needed, responding to requests and inquiries promptly.

Teamwork: Collaborate with fellow cleaners to ensure that cleaning tasks are completed efficiently.

Job Requirements:

Physical Fitness: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing for extended periods, lifting and carrying heavy objects, and bending or kneeling as required.

Experience: Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial roles is preferred but not mandatory.

Work Ethics: Strong work ethic with a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene.

Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure that cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards.
