This is one of the most crucial roles where the person-in-charge needs to actively engage with the senior management to understand the strategies, as well as with the on-field teams to get those strategies executed.
This person will work closely with the Marketing head to drive customer acquisition.
Responsibilities:
• The primary function is to acquire new customers, and build customer relationships for an enhanced experience for the patients when they come for their treatment
• Maintain an active and visible role with customers, influencers, expand the business, and manage a cost-effective operation of marketing and CRM
• Actively create and publish content for social media and help boost the engagements across all digital assets of the Company
• Setup and manage an efficient database for all customers/leads and help in carrying out effective analysis for better strategy making
• Calling customers to understand their problems, suggest solutions, get their feedback on Company’s performance, etc.
What will it take for you to do well in this role:
• Strong hold on data, with basic understanding of Excel functions such as Pivot, VLookup, etc. as well as of other digital platforms
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in both Hindi and English
• Zeal to make a difference in the society and improving lives of fellow citizens with compassion for elderly and disabled
