Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions by coordinating with various departments.

Adopt newer ways of teaching and ease the process of learning to sales -promoters
Follow the guidelines provided by HO and plan the training's to agent companies accordingly.
Visit market to analyse the current problems and share feedback / solutions to respective zone GM's
Terminal Managers /Training Managers in terms of Training.
Producing materials needed for training.
Working with training providers to develop suitable content for the courses and organize specific training programs.
Reviews existing training materials and produce new ones according to the current situation.
Modifies or creates course materials and training manuals to meet specific training needs depending on the specific zone.
Communicate with trainers to ensure all training needs are met
Organize TTT's to improve route trainers skills and conduct new Product Training's.
Required Candidate
Excellent communication skills in English (written & spoken) and Kannada is must
Presentation and content preparation skills
Creative Positive mindset to deal with a high-pressure working environment
Groomed personality and professional etiquettes,
Critical Thinking, Planning Ability, Team management, Leadership skills
Influencing and convincing skills
