Responsibilities:
Supervising construction activities on-site, including scheduling, coordinating and overseeing all aspects of the construction process.
Monitoring work progress and ensuring that project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
Ensuring that all materials used meet quality standards and comply with project specifications.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of construction progress, including daily logs, photographs, and reports.
Conducting regular inspections of the construction site to ensure that all work is being performed safely and in accordance with established procedures.
Coordinating with subcontractors and other construction professionals to ensure that work is carried out according to project requirements.
Providing guidance and direction to construction workers, ensuring that they are following all safety protocols and procedures.
Ensuring that all necessary permits and licenses are obtained and that all regulatory requirements are met.
Communicating regularly with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and construction managers, to ensure that everyone is kept up-to-date on project progress.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction supervision.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and procedures.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of relevant construction regulations and safety standards.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
