1. Work under the instruction of Project Manager/Project Coordinator

2. Have to deal with Team independently and coordinate with Cluster / CMP team and responsible for targeted sites

3. Able to climb Telecom Towers and knowledge on tower structure and antenna loadings

4. Identify and note down antenna type (GSM/MW), missing members of towers, telecom equipment’s

5. Fill the details in the given Checklists / Formats with photos

6. Coordinate with Reliance team for site access/execution of work, verification of completed sites/WCC on completion of work

7. Accountability of materials (Hardware/Zinc spray/Grouting materials/Crack filter etc.

8. Well verse with Safety norms and guide tower team for use of safety gear

9. Should be aware about the technical know-how on Tower Maintenance.

10. Must be able to read various types of tower drawings and BOMs and update of missing details of Tower cell site.

11. Basic Knowledge of Tower Foundation, and Tower Infra.

12. Strength of Hardware and its torque and technical knowledge.

13. Should be ready to relocate to other states as per the requirement and flexible
