* / degree in Electrical Engineering from Govt recognized Institute- with 15 years in the field of building construction

Skills -

* Auto-Cad and Revit (BIM) Software

* Excellent Communication Skills-Speaking and Writing.

* Excellent in handling team.

* Work as site co-ordination electrical engineer.

* Co-ordinate between head office, client and contractor.

* Maintain drawings.

* Oversee contractor work for quality and co-ordination.

* Attend meeting & presentation

* Monitor the progress of works:

* prepare baseline construction schedule along with resources (material, manpower, machinery) for construction monitoring and control purpose with periodical updates.

* Prepare site reports with respect to overall construction schedule, identifying lapses, deviations, preparing remedial measures, prepare revised schedule and revised resource estimate,

* Periodically update works measurements, milestones, RFI reports etc.

* Update BIM 3D periodically
