Job Description

• Project work scheduling and maintaining the project Deadlines, responsible to achieve targets

• Sending daily reports by EOD with work plans for next day

• Execution & Planning of all the site civil work

• Ensuring the quality of construction & Materials

• Coordination with Engineers/ Sub Contractors / Surveyors

• Ensuring Quality, Environment and Safety

• Carrying out works as per technical specifications specified in BOQ (Bill of Quantities).

• To check for proper stacking and storage of materials in various godowns and stores of the site.

• Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time

• Planning of Materials and proper planning to avoid wastages in the site.

• Day to Day management of site & Supervision of Masonry, Structures & Finishing works, and Obtaining measurements from site execution engineers.

• Candidate must have prior experience and knowledge of quantity surveying

• Ability to calculation of material requirement at site.
