The Role
-Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
-Break projects into doable actions and set time-frames & milestones
-Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
-Work closely with the business development and accounts team
-Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
-Make sure that clients’ needs and all milestones are met as projects evolve
-Help client and internal team prepare budgets
-Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise on day-to-day basis
-Act as the single point of contact and communicate project status to all stakeholders
-Use available tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures
-Execute all appropriate legal paperwork (., contracts and terms of agreement)
-Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
-Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests and audits.
-Customer Account Management.
-Regular reporting
What we are looking for
-A Civil Engineer by qualification
-Relevant Experience of Construction & Renovation work.
-Proven work experience as a Civil Project Coordinator or similar role from conception to delivery
-An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
-Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
-Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
-Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
-Strong working knowledge of Civil, Interior Design, Electrical & Plumbing drawings.
-Working knowledge of MS Office
-Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
-Good written and verbal communication skills
-Strong quantitative skills, attention to detail
-Customer-centric attitude
-Ability to learn quickly and take direction
-Proactive problem-solving skills with an eagerness to fix inefficiencies
-Willingness to roll up your sleeves and help your teammates & service partners
