Site knowledge- Site survey work, Geo technical survey, Boundary survey.

Inter Department co-ordination work and manpower managing at site

To evaluate the contractor and understand capabilities to execute the project

Monitor project execution related to Civil activity.

Knowledge of Pile foundation, CIS foundation, Control room, VCB foundation and transformer foundation, road and drains knowledge.

Site Management and Project Planning with respect to Material, contractor management and site execution in time.

Knowledge & Execution experience in civil and land development.

Supervision on Survey & solve ROW problem related to site

Supervision on all civil activity like pile foundation, other foundation related to solar project.

review the structural details prior to implementation

Estimation of the required quantities like cement, sand, crush, steel brick etc. for the whole projects.

Leading and manage site activities by giving instruction to sub engineer/supervisor.

Good Knowledge of Electrical layouts and equipments used in solar sector

Prepare daily report and submitting to project manager

Overall site experience in Solar Project and minimum site handled 25 MW and Max. 50 MW and above
